After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Toronto, Elizabeth Clarke has gone on to become a specialist in the field of physical and nutritional health, bringing to her practice 20 years of personal and professional experience. A certified Personal Training Specialist as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Liz is also a recognized instructor of Stott Pilates, the Gravity Training System and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Prior to establishing her own studio, Elizabeth developed successful fitness programs at several locations across Toronto, including York University’s Glendon College. In addition to her qualifications as a complete fitness professional, Liz has also received her Honours Diploma in nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she is now a senior faculty member teaching holistic nutrition courses to adults throughout the year. As a founding member and a Director for the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutritional Professionals Liz rounds off her dedication to the wellness concept. Liz now operates her own private fitness studio and nutritional counseling practice in North Toronto. She is committed to the overall health and well-being of her clients, assisting each individual by developing a nutritional and fitness program suited to their personal needs and goals.
