This four session package involves a one hour consultation plus three 30 minute follow-up sessions to determine where you need to make changes to get the most out of your body. In your second session you shall receive a nutritional plan designed to address your goals, concerns and nutritional imbalances. Clients must complete the Nutritional Profile Forms and Weekly Food Diary prior to the first consultation.
LIFESTYLE PREMIUM PACKAGE $365
This six session package involves a one hour consultation plus five 30 minute follow-up sessions to determine your nutritional goals, set your action plans and monitor your progressions. It is during the second session that you will receive a computerized analysis indicating your body's unique bio-chemical deficiencies/imbalances and you will receive a personalized nutrition programme designed to meet your needs. This deluxe package is recommended for people with chronic or acute health concerns as well as those who wish to maximize their feeling of overall wellness. This four session package involves a one hour consultation plus 3 x 30 minute follow-up sessions. It is during your second session that you will receive a personalized weight loss programme designed especially for you based upon the results of the Nutritional Profile Assessment and weekly food diary. Each of us is unique bio-chemically. Each of us has our own unique lifestyle patterns. Each of us should therefore have a unique weight loss programme. There’s a plan just for you. Combine the above Weight Loss Programme with six x one hour personal training sessions with Liz Clarke. In so doing you will receive $5 off each personal training sessions. It is a proven fact that the combination of exercise and diet yields optimal results in weight loss at a much faster rate.
FOLLOW-UP PACKAGE $180
This package includes four 30 minute sessions. Your Nutritionist will monitor your progress and work with you to achieve your nutritional goals. Participants must have completed one of the above packages prior to purchasing this follow-up package.
MENU PLANNING $70 - $95
